Tyler Impact and Learning

I am Amanda Tyler, an evaluation and learning professional with more than 11 years of experience helping nonprofits, foundations, and public health organizations measure impact, strengthen programs, and make data-informed decisions. My work is grounded in culturally responsive, equity-centered approaches that elevate community voices and support meaningful learning.

Before launching Tyler Impact & Learning, I led evaluation and research initiatives across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sectors, including work with the Public Health Institute, Creative Research Solutions, Atlanta Regional Commission, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Throughout my career, I have partnered with organizations to design evaluations, facilitate learning, and translate complex data into actionable insights that improve programs and demonstrate impact.

At the heart of my work is a desire to support the helpers, advocates, and changemakers who dedicate themselves to improving the lives of others. I know that mission-driven organizations are often balancing limited resources, growing community needs, and increasing demands for accountability. My goal is to make evaluation feel useful, accessible, and empowering by providing the evidence and insights organizations need to strengthen their work, secure funding, and create lasting change.

Whether you're looking to build an evaluation framework, assess program outcomes, engage stakeholders, or communicate impact to funders and partners, I can help you turn data into meaningful insights that drive action.
